Alex Besel Receives Eagle Scout Award

Today Alex Besel was recognized for achieving Eagle Scout in a Ceremony attended by family, Scouts, Knights and many members of Saint Michael The Archangel Parish.  Knights of Columbus Grand Knight Tim McCarthy also presented Alex with the Knights of Columbus Eagle Scout Award at the Bicentenial Chapel.  There was also a Video send by his brother Coast Guard Seaman Bobby Besel congratulating him on his achievement.  also attending were Fr. Joseph Lea, DEA David Kriegel & family, and DEA Kelly Kulver.

Knights Serve Father's Day Meal to Veterans

Knights from Patrick Walsh Assembly 174 and nearly every Council in Augusta along with South Carolina Sir Knights served a Fathers Day meal to the residents of "Heros Point" Ward 2B in the Uptown VA and their families and Staff.  The meal was provided by the Aiken Assembly of the Knights of Columbus.
